Terms and Conditions of Sale
(valid for any order placed via Instagram @miku.diy)
1. Overview
The products offered are handmade accessories, 3D printed using TPU. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations due to the artisanal production process.
2. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively via direct message (DM) on Instagram. Confirming an order means accepting these Terms and Conditions.
3. Production and Delivery Times
All items are made to order. The average time between order confirmation and delivery is 30 to 45 days, depending on workload and shipping delays.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in euros (EUR), including all taxes. Payment is required before production, via bank transfer or secure payment link. Shipping fees are not included and will be specified before order confirmation.
5. Shipping
Shipping is handled via La Poste or Mondial Relay depending on the destination. A tracking number will be provided once the package is sent. I am not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
6. Return Policy
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless there is a proven error on my part or the item is faulty.
7.Buyers are free to resell the bags. However, the design, visuals, and the modular bricks that make up the bag are protected. Any reproduction, modification, or imitation without permission is strictly forbidden. This creation is legally registered as a design.
