REFUND POLICY

Custom-Made Products

All our products are custom-made to order using 3D printing technology. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances.

Handcrafted Nature

Each item is handcrafted and produced individually. Minor imperfections, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to the 3D printing process and are considered part of the unique character of each product. These minor variations do not constitute defects.

Exceptions for Major Defects

We will consider refunds or replacements only in cases of major manufacturing defects that significantly affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product. Major defects include:

  • Structural damage that prevents normal use
  • Significant deviations from the ordered specifications
  • Items that arrive broken or damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

How to Report a Major Defect

If you believe your item has a major defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the defect
  • A detailed description of the issue

We will review your claim and determine whether a refund or replacement is warranted at our sole discretion.

No Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or minor aesthetic imperfections.
