SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production Time
All products are custom-made to order using 3D printing technology. Production time varies depending on the complexity and size of the item:
- Standard items: 3-7 business days
- Complex or large items: 7-14 business days
Production time begins after payment confirmation and does not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods and Times
Once your item is produced, it will be shipped via the most relevant shipping carrier available at the time of your order. Estimated delivery times:
- France: 2-5 business days
- European Union: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
