These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our online store.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

All products sold on this website are custom-made items created using 3D printing technology. Each item is manufactured to order based on customer specifications.

Product Characteristics:

  • Custom-made using 3D printing
  • Handcrafted nature with possible minor variations
  • Made to order after payment confirmation
  • Non-standard products personalized to customer requirements

Due to the handcrafted nature of 3D printing, minor variations in color, texture, finish, layer lines, and dimensions may occur. These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and are part of each product's unique character.

3. PRICING

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) including all applicable taxes (VAT).

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Prices may be modified at any time, but orders already confirmed will be invoiced at the price indicated at the time of order validation.

4. ORDERS

4.1 Order Process

  • Select your product and customize if applicable
  • Add to cart and proceed to checkout
  • Provide accurate shipping and billing information
  • Choose shipping method
  • Review order summary
  • Complete payment

4.2 Order Confirmation Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and the start of production.

4.3 Order Cancellation Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Production typically starts within 24 hours of order confirmation.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Other payment methods available through Shopify Payments

5.2 Payment Security All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system. We do not store your credit card information.

5.3 Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of order. Production will not begin until payment is confirmed.

6. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

6.1 Production Time

  • Standard items: 3-7 business days
  • Complex or large items: 7-14 business days
  • Custom designs: timeframe communicated upon order

Production time begins after payment confirmation and does not include shipping time.

6.2 Shipping Estimated shipping times after production:

  • France: 2-5 business days
  • European Union: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of world: 10-20 business days

6.3 Tracking A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

6.4 Delivery Issues You must inspect your package upon delivery. Any visible damage to the package should be noted with the carrier. Claims for damaged or lost items must be made within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages).

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

IMPORTANT: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to our products.

Our products are custom-made to your specifications and are therefore excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. Once your order is confirmed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

8.1 No Returns Policy Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering by customer
  • Minor aesthetic variations inherent to 3D printing

8.2 Exceptions for Major Defects We will consider refunds or replacements only for major manufacturing defects that significantly affect functionality or structural integrity.

Major defects include:

  • Structural damage preventing normal use
  • Significant deviation from ordered specifications
  • Items arriving broken or damaged (reported within 48 hours)

8.3 Defect Claims Process To report a major defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • Detailed description of the issue

We will review and determine appropriate resolution at our discretion.

9. LEGAL WARRANTIES (FRANCE)

9.1 Warranty of Conformity In accordance with French law (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code), you benefit from a legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from delivery. We will repair or replace defective products within this period.

9.2 Warranty Against Hidden Defects In accordance with Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, you are protected against hidden defects that make the product unfit for its intended use.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Miku and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or redistribute our designs
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Reverse-engineer our products

Custom designs provided by customers remain their property, but we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

11. LIABILITY

11.1 Our Liability We are liable for damages caused by defective products in accordance with applicable product liability laws.

11.2 Limitation We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Damage resulting from misuse of products
  • Minor variations inherent to 3D printing

12. PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. We collect only necessary information to process and fulfill your order.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 Customer Service For any questions or complaints, please contact us first through our website. We will respond within 48 hours.

13.2 Mediation In accordance with Articles L611-1 and R612-1 of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may use a consumer mediation service.

13.3 Applicable Law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.

14. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
